Guest guest
Spark People has a free program for anyone who wants to track their menu for calories and nutrition. There are newsletters and ideas for foods, for exercise, and with other information. The most recent is on sugar and sugar substitutes and the health facts and descriptions of the products. I think it was nice that you can plug in your food for the day and it will come up with calories and nutritional facts as to how much protein, fats, sodium, etc. is included. You can also put in ingredients for your own item and it will come up with the same. When I used it regularly I found I did lose. I thought some of you might like to know of this if you were not already familiar. http://www.sparkpeople.com/ Carolyn Wilkerson
