That is sure true.  You may not have all the variety, but you grow so much more

than so many people and having cows as well is something else.    I am so

disappointed that FL isn't a summer crop place.  I am trying a little but will

be saving seed for the fall.  It has been a bit more difficult to get out and

do anything lately so I admire all yoou do in your circumstances.   Hang in

there.\

My sister uses fresh towels every day for the same reason...bacteria growing on

damp bath towels, etc. But I look at some of this in a positive way, i.e., the

resistance we've developed to all this stuff is what keeps us from getting sick

after being exposed to it. Like eating yogurt to maintain " good " bacteria. What

did it for me was reading that most of the dust in our house is actually our

dead skin cells (a wake-up call to things we can't control). I can imagine that

we are exposed to more these days than 50 years ago though.
