i need help finding safe mcs housing in iowa or any state

im looking for a safe place to live with mcs in iowa or any state

must have hard surface floors real wood or ceramic no carpet

must have baseboard heat or radiator/radient

no animals or mold

ive done well in older well kept homes

or newer houses atleast 3 years old

please any help at all please respond
