Guest guest
That spinal decompression therapy on the FDA approved equipment seems to work wonders for bulging and herniated disks. I know of a person that had it done and is now back to full activity. Edwin Freeman, Jr. San Francisco, USA In a message dated 12/12/2008 10:52:53 A.M. I went through the decompression and I bugged the doc every week to keep upping the pressure. Within a few weeks, I was at the max he would go on a person. Hope this helps ==============================
Guest guest
I herniated L5-S1 2/05. Pain grew to horrible levels. Had a discectomy on 10/05. I'm 100% after a 6 month layoff. My advise - Get an MRI ... take it to your friendly Neurologist. Then and only then will you truly know your condition. Seeing my MRI rendered all the Chiropractors vacant. I had 3 goofy diagnosis'. All would have put me in worse condition. Godspeed. I love to work out, but have a herniated disk and pinched nerve in my lower back. I am currently going through physical therapy, which includes spinal decompression. It doesn't seem to be working that well. Does anyone have any options out here? Thanks.
