CA Judicuaries Aid Insurer Fraud & US Chamber Affiliates Over Mold Issue

Dear Members of Sickbuildings,

We typically keep our mouths shut of shortcomings within the mold advocacy

community. But we feel in the best interest of the sick and injured, we

must share an adverse situation that is currently occurring within an

advocacy org.

formerly known as ACHEMMIC, you need to be aware of what your name is actually

being used to support.

The leadership of this organization has taken direct measures to suppress

exposing the US Chamber of Commerce's, our government's, and our courts'

active involvement in promoting disinformation over the mold issue to

physicians in mainstream medical teaching facilities.

When we started this org, it was with the understanding that our voices

could be made bigger to stop the deceit and advance the science if the voices

of many, who understood how the deception harms us all, could speak

collectively. If anyone remembers, the first action of this group was to

challenge the lack of transparency within the EPA when addressing this mold

issue.

While progress has now been made within the EPA after hearing from the

large collective voice of many; and federal government appears to be headed

in the right direction to actively advance the science via the Mold Work

Group - as was directed by the GAO; GIHN has changed course of speaking

directly of problem areas (politics) and have aided to stymie the speaking

directly of the deceit of the US Chamber et al, over this issue, as it impacts

the private sector.

The name of winning this game has always been to change what is taught in

mainstream medical universities. Unfortunately, without removing the

affiliates of the US Chamber's vast influence over the private sector and over

funding of the private sector; this issue will change no time soon to

provide appropriate medical treatment from mainstream physicians.

THAT is the true story of why we chose to leave GIHN, that we originally

helped to form. Decisions are not made in a democratic manner in the org.

Decisions are made with reckless disregard of the many years of works of

others to the detriment of us all - and while aiding to suppress speaking

directly of the deceit. When asked why, no explanations are given other than

" it has been decided " .

Like us, Carl Grimes is also no longer a member of GIHN, either. If he is

so inclined, we will let him share the information of why he " decided " to

leave GIHN.

Below is the truth of what is occurring over this issue that you will not

hear from GIHN. Katy of Katy's Exposure is a true angel to help us get

this information out - even when our own " advocates " seek to suppress it among

the mold community - while using the past efforts of exposing the deceit

to lend credibility to their agendas.

While no one is saying to leave GIHN or that they can play no role in

helping to advance the science, those of you who are members of the org have a

right to know what you are lending credibility to, when your name is listed

among the membership. We chose not to let our names be used in such a

manner.

Diego Judges and Justices – including the Presiding Justice of the Fourth

District Division One Appellate Court who is the Chair of the California

Commission on Judicial Performance – for aiding and abetting interstate

insurance

fraud adverse to public health and safety, by their collective failure to

stop strategic litigation carried out by criminal means by an author of “

environmental†policy for the US Chamber of Commerce with reckless disregard

for the public’s interest or for upholding the First Amendment of the

for assisting in insurer fraud by its failure to discipline a rouge

California licensed attorney.

Dear Katy,

Thank you so much for helping us to get the word out. For six years I have

been working to expose how it is no accident that our government just can’

t seem to understand why thousands of people are begging for help because

they are sick, losing their jobs, their homes and their health from moldy

buildings. It does not require a degree in rocket science to understand that

changes in construction standards meant to promote energy efficiency

coupled with the use of new, manmade materials that easily wick water; have

caused our buildings here in the US to act as giant petri dishes, perfect for

fungi and bacteria to grow when water is added. Nor does it require a degree

in rocket science to understand how expensive this situation has been for

those who own, manage, build and insure these buildings when people become

seriously sick.

I am absolutely appauled and disgusted with the State of California for

aiding and abetting the cover up of this fact – while politicians on both

sides of the isle smile in your face as they stab you in the back on behalf of

the financial interests of the affiliates of the US Chamber of Commerce.

When judicuaries aid with the cover up, I don’t know what country they

think they live in, but I live in the democracy of the United States of

America; where perjury while strategically litigating to silence a

whistleblower

is still criminal – even if one is an author of “environmental†policy

for

the US Chamber of Commerce – even if this “environmental†policy carries

the name “University of California†in credentialed endorsement of this
