Guest guest
Amy: Thanks for the inspiration! I needed to hear that! I have 2 kids and have never been able to get back to where I was before the first one. Some days I am ok, and Taebo keeps me pumped, but other days I get really depressed. I haven't lost anything with the tapes, but I am in a lot better shape, toned, and my spirit is a lot better! Guest guest
Amy: My dad has diabetes too and I cannot have sugar at all (I am the flip flop of diabetes). So I am very serious about my health too! If you ever want to email me, email me at supermomsm@...! It sounds like we have a lot in common and I would love to hear more about your family! Take care, Sherry __________________________________________________

It has to be so much harder for older people like your father to change their lifestyles. Why not start now and enjoy the benefits. Plus, you might even avoid diabetes this way. When I had Tyler he weighed 10lbs. 1 1/2 ozs. I have asked my doctor if that was a sign of having diabetes at a later date, he said that was and so was gaining weight to fast when you are pregnant and I did. He told me not to worry about it but I do because I don't want to get 40 and have to change my whole life style. I would rather do it now and stay in good health. So that is partly why I am doing this. that and it makes me feel good. >> I am in exactly the same position as you! My mom has had diabetes for years now, and has had many complications due to it, and I am very afraid of getting it too, since genetically , the risk factors are there. My firstborn son was 8 lb 14 oz, just 2 oz shy of 9 lb, which is another risk factor (giving birth to a baby over 9 lb), so that is my main reason for getting fit, and losing weight, it is one of the few risk factors, aside from diet, that I can control!
