Guest guest
Robin, when I first joined this group someone gave me some advice that probably saved me quite a bit of money. " Why would you want to spend more money on a place that cant live in and will eventually have to move from? " At the time I was still living in the WDB and wanted to spend more money on air tests and more remediation, once I read that sentence I packed a few clothes (big mistake) and moved never to return. Moving and starting all over is going to be extremely expensive, I never thought how expensive it was going to be till i started to replace my clothes, (cheap clothes at that). I was living in hotel at the time so I didn't need to buy furniture but now that I may have to move again due to a second exposure I just don't know where I'm going to get the money for clothes, furniture, the first months rent and a deposit. You have a family so to replace everything is obviously going to cost you a great deal more. My advice to you is save your money and buy cheap. You'll never know if you'll have to go through this process again We are moving out, but I want to know what we have been dealing with and get an idea of the damage. The house never had high spore counts of any mold.
