I remember reading a peer reviewed study by Shoemaker, Thrasher, Grimes ect. I for some reson cannot find that now. This and any other things you might think of that I should send with that. Guest guest
I have contacted a relative in Birmingham that may know of an attorney in your area. I will post it as soon as I hear from her. Sue R.
Guest guest
Thank you so much Dr. Thrasher. I admit. I have become a bit of a zombie. I am in the process of packing again with the real possibility of moving to San and everything is scattered. I do recall sending his some things you had sent me with my request he call you. This of course was months ago and from what I can tell he has yet to contact Carl who was my home inspector so he must be contacted. I apologize my situation has been so chaotic. I cant seem to make any of this go smoothly. I will make sure to be more vigilant in keeping track of what I have sent him so I dont have to cry help when I get cornered. I know with all your recent works and just due to your vast knowledge, I also believe you hold the missing link of my recovery so with this in mind I am very hopeful we can get you involved in my health and monetary recovery. If I make this move it Will put me in reach with Dr. Gray as well If I can ever get any money again to continue care for this. Again thank you for the help. Guest guest
Tug, I agree with you. This si my second lawyer. I switched to this guy because he does have a very good understanding of this illness although it is not what he does on a regular basis. I have searched for five years for a specialist and for whatever reasons there are only a few in the Atlanta area. Ironically one of the ones I would have favored hung up on me because I was asking while I had another lawyer??? Anyway the information I want to for sure make sure he has is any of the new studied and released information and any of the most impoirtant key points to start. I can only hope he does well. I do have a pretty strong case and just enough information to prove he (the landlord) new what was going on and did nothing about it. I had two companies inspect the home. Carl was the second and his inspections are incredibly thorough. I have a really strong case with Shoemaker although the laps in time since I have been able to see him any more for now cannot be helpfull. Anyway, Its one of those. I dont have a choice things. With the right lawyer they willl be hard put to get out of this with out obvious liability. ________________________________ From: Tug <tug_slug@...> Sent: Tue, August 10, 2010 1:33:01 PM Subject: [] Re: HELLLP... Guest guest
Wow, I can see where that would be almost imposable. Sadley that is where most of the liability stems from is federal buildings. ________________________________ From: " Gingersnap1964@...
