How do you grow plants to obtain sprout seeds?

Does anyone have a list of seeds to plant and harvest, so that I dont have to

keep buying more seed to sprout? Partial list would be:

Raising alfalfa to seed

letting broccoli bolt and go to seed

radish seeds after bolting

Any other suggestions on making a sustainable supply of seeds for sprouting?

Trying to become more self sufficient, and having to continually purchase seeds

isnt self sustainable. But try getting a favorable response on a google search

on 'sustainable sprouting', lol..
