I do recall seeing some bound at the stems and then hung up from ceiling.  I

don't have a dehydrator at least not yet and don't have an oven other than the

one in sthe stove.

regarding drying herbs and stuff.

Up north we would snip off the stalks of fresh herbs, bundle them up and hang

them up to dry. But if you live in FLA, it might be a little too humid to do

that ( mould growth). Yuck!

So, if you don't have a dehydrator, if you lay your herbs out on a tray in the

oven (toaster oven works great!) it should come out OK. BUT, and a big BUT it

is ... keep the heat down low!! 100F or 30C should do the trick.

What I generally do, is dry certain herbs together in a bundle. then, when I

make soup or stock, I wrap the bundle up in cheese cloth and add it to the

broth. No mess.
