Guest guest
I find it hard to understand that they say most paitients have troube with CSM, I never have had, and no one I have personally talked to ever has.but I tried the plant sterols, and got none of the good effects from it that I had come to expect from CSM > > I was Just wondering whether others had experienced digestive disturbance, bloating constipation etc from csm as described below? Cholestyramine causes bloating, digestive discomfort and constipation in most patients. We have experimented with plant sterols in the form of Cholestepure (2 X 3) with very good results and little or no negative effects. C-Food from Precision Herbs (4 X 3) also works well for toxin removal. Plan on taking one to two months for this. Stay away from moldy places and moldy foods. > > To reduce inflammation we have used a number of products such as Metagenics UltraInflamX, Kaprex, Kaprex AI, and Biotics KappArrest. Homeopathics for mold and Lyme would help. >
Guest guest
A doctor I go to here recommended to me plant sterols. Dr Marinkovich had a product from the sea. Can't remember it now. Does anyone know what I am referring to?? Not seaweed! Just can't remember it. It comes in such tiny packages though that I thought it might run up into a lot of money. I tried the plant sterols and the sea product? but didn't notice as effect but didn't really take much of them nor for very long. I had CSM already and when I got any disturbing symptoms that I thought were from toxins, usually skin swelling at a pulse point over blood vessel w rednes, I took the CSM and it helped BUT I did have digestive trouble w it. A sign amt to start w, less later on. It may have to do w condition of digestive system. I think I was full of Candida and that probably causes inflamation in gi tract? and make it more easily irritated. I couldn't keep it down when I first tried to use it, then stopped and didn't try it again until almost a year later, half packages instead of whole pkg. > > I find it hard to understand that they say most paitients have troube with CSM, I never have had, and no one I have personally talked to ever has.but I tried the plant sterols, and got none of the good effects from it that I had come to expect from CSM > >

When QUESTRAN is given for long periods of time, concomitant supplementation with water-miscible (or parenteral) forms of fat-soluble vitamins should be considered.
