You are welcome, Dr. Thrasher. The CIRS-WDB paper is great for showing what

IS science, and while it accurately goes into the agnotology instilled in

the psyche of physicians and other decision makers by proponents of

industry, now it is time for the practical application of this information.

Below is the mantra of insurance fraud over this issue that has been

allowed to go on for far too long. These words were specifically written to be

made accessible to judges. They were paid to be written by the Manhattan

Institute think tank. They were mass disseminated to the courts by the US

Chamber of Commerce. They were legitimized by carrying the name " University

of California " . But the UC physician who supposedly authored the " legal

reform " paper for the Chamber did not even know his name was on it.

" THUS THE NOTION THAT TOXIC MOLD IS AN INSIDIOUS SECRET KILLER AS SO MANY

TRIAL LAWYERS AND MEDIA WOULD CLAME IS JUNK SCIENCE UNSUPPORTED BY ACTUAL

SCIENTIFIC STUDY " .

When questioned under oath about these words, word by word, author Kelman

ended up being asked " So the only thing your are saying is " insidious " ?

It is outrageously disgusting what has been allowed to occur over this

issue at the expense of the health, safety and welfare of the American worker

and American public while the fraudulent " environmental science " of the

Chamber of Commerce and their insurance industry clientele have been allowed

to flourish in US medical teaching universities, US public health policy and

our US legal system. No MAS!

Sharon: You are welcome. What we must also realize is that the CIRS-WDB is

only a tip of the ice berg. There are other aspects of WDB that need to be

written. These include the role of chronic paranasal sinusitis and

craniocerebral fungal infections, genetic polymorphism in detoxification

pathways, e.g. glutathione transferases, cytochrome p450, HLA, to mention a few.

A monotonic dose response is not possible when there are multiple toxins as well

as genetic polymorphism involved.

has anyone went back and sued their insurance co. on the bases a fraud,because

they were denied coverage on damages do to WDB exposure?
