Guest guest
No experience from me or anyone I know, however, at least I can suggest you read everything closely and ask lots of questions. All of these 'integrative' clinics/hospitals/practitioners while seemingly better than straight conventional practitioners, do have constraints on them to 'follow the 'Gold Standard'..........the 'Approved' medical procedures or risk their license and be subject to a law suit. Most likely Chemotherapy and Radiation are still the 'main course' of treatment with diet and emotional counseling thrown in to give them the 'Integrative look. We do need to keep an open mind but we can't let our brains fall out. Perhaps I am 'all wet' on this one, however, you will need to dig deeply into this. Joe C. Guest guest
Sue, I have been to Sanoviv, but just to tour the facility. Its gorgeous and right on the ocean. Their website claims they treat mold toxicilty. But what they actually do, I don't know. Sharon In a message dated 12/16/2010 6:52:45 P.M. Guest guest
Hi Sue: I am sorry to hear that is not doing better. I knew one person that I met at Dr. Rea's that went to Sanoviv. She had alot of digestion issues (like your son) and they got annoyed with her when she told them that she could not tolerate all of the supplements they recommended she take. If they do not find a disease or condition, they focus on teaching you how to eat healthy. That was all she had said pretty much, focus is on " prevention. " You can do a phone consult for free, or at least it was free in 2005 when I spoke to them. I wish I could be more help~ take care. Guest guest
Hi Sue-I don't have all the info on your son's condition but someone mentioned digestion and I do have a suggestion for that. There is a raw food/juicing place in San Diego that I go to with my Mom. It's called Optimum Health Institute and the program is for detoxing. They don't focus on any one thing-people go for all kinds of stuff and I go for mold-but the detoxing is amazing! I always feel better after a week and they suggest 3 weeks for a total detoxing which I can't really afford but the results are solid even for the one week. They have a website or you can email me-I really recommend this place!
