I understand in California one can get Jun_booch by buying a bottle at a health

food store and doing the small, ever increasing larger , from the bottle to a

Mother thing. Taking about a month to get a Scoby the size to brew a gallon.

Too bad Im on the wrong coast, lol. Though Im still hunting.
