LOL, any of those. If you fancy some, have some (advice to myself which

always works!).

The advice usually given by careful people like Listmomma Bev is: start with

small amount and gradually increase, as there could be a detox reaction if

you are a very polluted persona!

I would personally throw such advice to the wind, reckless person I am,

and drink lots as often as I can lay my hands on a drink.

SInce it's not alcohol, you might become a Kombuchaholic at worst.

Truth of the matter is: there is nothing written in stone.

It's completely up to you.

Always remember, that Kombucha is NOT a drug but a good drink to be enjoyed.

I like ordianry cups of tea, of course, but Kombucha is " tea gone to glory " ,

and that makes it extra good!

I read something recently by Ed Kaspar (Happy Herbalist) that said to drink

kombucha before a meal if you want to lose weight, after a meal if you want to

gain weight. Don't know how true that is, but I know he's done a lot of

kombucha research.

As to WHEN  I never figured that one out,  just drank it when I felt like it,  

but as to HOW MUCH -  start small  perhaps  2 oz  or less, and gradually build

up to the larger amounts.

My first batch  some 20 odd years ago  I swigged down a full 12 oz  and went

into a rather  uncomfortable  detox reaction.   No harm done  so travel at your

own risk.   It has been some time now since my last KT  due to illness, moving,

 etc   so  when this batch is done  I plan to start slow  all over again.
