Great post, and I'm thinking examples of " awakening tacit knowledge in people "

-- " with the aid of facilitator " would help me see your direction. And how you

would you interface with a large " cohort " of folks. I'm thinking a gradual

educational approach with rewards couched in an experiential awareness of

personal outcomes and as an extra some sort of service to others!!?? If there is

a " positive " word for insidious --it would describe my thoughts.
