I have chosen to join this group, not b/c I am a personal trainer but I am a Massage Therapist that specializes in Sports massage. At my practice we work with a lot of athletes, and being in Colorado is hard not to do. We do have a professional cycling team we work for and would like to keep educated in everything that I can.
