Guest guest
When i started doing saunas i noticed i was very sick right after. What helped me was taking csm AGAIN while i was losing body fat and doing saunas and dieting. Carl, what about continuing the workouts/saunas but perhaps slowly the intensity, either cut back from every day to every other day, or do it daily but for shorter time periods, although my understanding is you need 20 minutes at 140 degrees to detox anything??? Guest guest
good point about the csm (or other bile binder at least) when using sauna. the toxins are not all goping to come out of the skin.
