Guest guest
Any sauna machines you can get 140 degree of sauna from at home? (On other topic Carl mentioned. Lead exposure. I also had lead paint exposure in same house as mold exposure. I used an electric sander in a bathroom that had leaded paint on woodwork without a mask. Word of warning: I had tested paint in house but not the bathroom. Discovered it is more likely to have leaded paint in bathroom than in other areas of the home, including kitchen. Reason for that is in older homes much of woodwork was left to be wood finish for appearance but in high moisture areas of the home, they would paint the wood to protect it from moisture so paint in those areas is likely older and so more likely leaded.) > > Sue, > > Good questions because the sauna treatment is illustrative and it needs to be aggressive to work. " To work " means the stored substances are forced out of the lipid (body fat and cell walls) areas into the blood stream which means you will react to them all over again. Some will be excreted in urine and stools with most in the sweat. Much will be re-absorbed back into the body. >
