Guest guest
Bobby, do you still use clay? From: <bobbyboyd99@...>Subject: Re: saunabird mites Date: Thursday, February 12, 2009, 8:13 AM I have tried Trish's clay mix Holly. I use it about once a week, full body, scalp too. I like it much better than the bentonite clay alone I had been using. It's very fine and seems to get in the pores better. I feel so clean afterwards. Guest guest
HI KJ, I do still use clay once a week. Very good for pulling toxins (and whoever) from the skin and leaves it very smooth. I also do a full body masque of some type once a week in addition. I also hit the sauna three time a week. I'm not letting them get re-established deep in my skin again! b > > > > > > > > > > > > > > From: katiejill109 <kajay109 (DOT) com> > > > > > > > Subject: This purging process is strangely > > > > layered > > > > > > > bird mites > > > > > > > Date: Wednesday, February 11, 2009, 12:56 PM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > As y'all know, my body has been purging critters from the > > > > various > > > > > > > layers of tissue. Guest guest
, Is the sauna a steam sauna or an infrared sauna? There is a difference between the two. While both can produce some positive results, there are benefits from an infrared sauna that you don't have with the steam sauna, and risks from the steam sauna that you don't get with the infrared sauna. Those risks include the germs and/or mold that you could be exposed to. Infrared saunas provide a dry heat that makes you sweat from the inside out. (A steam sauna works from the outside in.) If you want to use the steam sauna, you should be able to use it daily for about a half hour, provided you see good results. If you feel worse, then you might want to cut back or cut it out altogether and see if you can find an infrared sauna to try as well. Patty > > my gym has a sauna...this is good for us to use, right ? Guest guest
I bought my IFR sauna last year on Craigslist. It was barely used and I paid $900....Love it! Brynn
Guest guest
Sue on the days I dont use the sauna I can feel the difference the following day in terms of feeling more symptomatic. I worked out this afternoon but because it looked like it was going to rain and me being the idiot that I am left my laptop on the deck and couldnt take the chance of it getting wet so I had to rush home. Guest guest
You have symptoms when you sauna but more when you dont? maybe its also a catch 22.. you sauna, you move toxins.. you stop, you stop one avenue for getting them out. ??? you need ot keep it going. you are going to mobilize toxins when you sauna.. and exercise.. if you exercise then sauna then the sauna may also help move out some of the toxins the exercise mobilized. Guest guest
If I dont sauna I dont feel nearly as good the following day. Another thing I've noticed after I get out of the sauna my skin almost smells musty. It's not my clothes and certainly not b/o but I can smell my forearm and it actually smells kind of musty. After about an hour or so the smell goes away until the next time I use the sauna. > > > > Sue on the days I dont use the sauna I can feel the difference the following day in terms of feeling more symptomatic.
