CA AB2109 Likely to Pass!!!

You MUST Contact Health Committee Members Today!!!

The American Academy of Pediatrics is about to take away your

right to file a philosophical vaccine exemption with out getting THEIR

PERMISSION FIRST!

Pediatrician Pan has introduced his bill to require to you PAY a

doctor to sign your vaccine exemption before you will be ALLOWED to file

it for your child to attend school. He has stopped responding to

questions from Californians on this, but instead has referred them to the

CEO of the California chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, who

initially bragged about being a " co-sponsor " of this bill, yet

is also now refusing to take our questions!

How is it that the AAP has seat on the California Assembly?! Did

you vote for them to make governmental decisions for you?

This has now become a partisan issue, with all the Republicans on the

committee protecting your right to your vaccine exemption, and all the

Democrats looking to pass Pan's unconstitutional bill.

Today is one of those days you have to fight hard for your rights

NOW,

or they will be gone tomorrow!

What you need to do:

The Health Committee hearing on the bill is set on AB 2109 – TOM

MORROW, Tuesday April17th at 1:30 pm Room 4202 – BE THERE! Call AND write letters to all of the members of the Health Committee,

starting with the Democrats, TODAY, and demand that they kill this

bill! Even if you have written to Pan previously, WRITE AGAIN. We

are being told that even though the law required your previous letters to

be forwarded to the full Health Committee, it is likely NOT being

done. So if you have written letters, forward them to the members

below, AND call their offices to register your outrage over this

bill.
