hoi barb,

i give you the info from the pharmacist himself:

active B complex is with cofactors for B-complex , which support the

mitochondrial function and defense against oxidative stress and environmental

toxins. The supplement contains essential activated cofactors of the pyruvate

dehydrogenase complex, the oxidative decarboxylation of pyruvate to acetyl-CoA.

Pyruvate dehydrogenase contributes to linking the glycolysis metabolic pathway

to the citric acid cycle and releasing energy via NADH. The composition is

riboflavine B2 200mg, ca-d-pantothenate B5 108,7mg , nicotinamide B3, 100mg,

thiamine pyrophosphate B1 80mg pyridoxinehydrochlorinde 48mg B6,

pyridoxal-5-phoshpate Coenzym B6 20mg, biotine pure BP/EP B8 5mg,

methylenetetrahydrofolate (MTHF)2mg.

sorry, it is very complicated and specialised for me to understand, i just trust

my doctor. The product calls ' co-factor B-complex', if interested you can order

at order@..., the pharmacist from the website

l-glutamine, probiotics, na- bicarbonate , since last week my doctor gives also

'active' b-complex, which your body takes up without work by the gut, which has

already enough to do.this is specific for leaky gut,
