Let it brew longer in your continuous brew jar. The more tart the KT the less

alcohol.

and also do a second ferment. But I have been getting very sleepy after drinking

my kombucha. I am thinking it is the alcohol. What are ways to decrease the

alcohol in my kombucha? I have looked online but the info was either too

technical or too vague. Any help would be most appreciated!

if I don't seal my 2nd ferment I don't get much alcohol. Unfortunately you give

up the fizz too.

Yes, MArge, it does. It's also very refreshing diluted with water, or even

fizzy water if you have it.

Applying Kombucha vinegar on your face, neck is very refreshing too and

also good for the skin. It's a great antidote against the heat! ;-)

Kombucha vinegar is good in any foods that have normally vinegar in it like

potato salad.

You can add the KT vinegar to your bath and your hair rinse - all good!

.... and you can use it for cleaning your kitchen/bathroom surfaces.

It's ideal as a starter for your next Kombucha brew! :-)

Blessings,

Margret (whose Kombucha Tea has been very slow because of the continuing

cold weather) There are signs that it is getting better. Got my washing

dry today out in the garden for once. Happy! :-))

There is only one living model for being human. That model is Jesus.
