Correction Re: Parents in MD. Pharmacies maybe able to vaccinate your 9 yr old !

For the record, after reading the bill, I didn't see anything about children

being able to consent to vaccines, only that pharmacists can vaccinate kids 9

and up, as opposed to, say, pharmacists vaccinating your infant. So, I didn't

see a constitutional problem in the language. Most 9 year olds wouldn't be

talking to a pharmacist without their parents around. But the child consent laws

are out there--NC and CA for sure, possibly others, so we need to be on the

lookout.
