Guest guest Posted March 13, 2012 Report Share Posted March 13, 2012 For the record, after reading the bill, I didn't see anything about children being able to consent to vaccines, only that pharmacists can vaccinate kids 9 and up, as opposed to, say, pharmacists vaccinating your infant. So, I didn't see a constitutional problem in the language. Most 9 year olds wouldn't be talking to a pharmacist without their parents around.
