Guest guest
I hired a candida specialist back when I was still living in the moldy house, and on the plan he sent me, every 5 days you rotate to another killing product, the theory being that the candida develops ways around whatever you are using to kill it after 4 days. You use 3 or 4 different killing products, say garlic, oil of oregano, and grapefruit seed extract. The first rotation you use one garlic clove w each meal for 4 days, then one oregano oil pill, etc. Then on the 2nd rotation, you up it to 2 cloves, then 2 pills, 3rd rotation 3 cloves then 3 pills, this way you don't kill too much at one time and get too ill from it, and you don't let the candida adapt to what is killing them, is this understandable? > > > > I hate it when uninformed people give me advice on what will work for me, but here I go giving you advice. If you have not tried it, healing the gut is I think the most important clue to healing these long term CFS people. I went on the candida diet, very strict after a simple test showed I have overgrowth. Three Lac probiotic has helped immensely, and rotational killing, plus chia fiber. My latest blood work showed no nutritional deficiencies for the first time, despite having taken no vitamins in the last 6 weeks. The gut will not absorb many nutrients if it is damaged. The first 2 weeks were rough, but after that I started feeling better, with normal bathroom issues for the first time in a while. Going on 3rd month now. > > Good luck > > >
