Guest guest
-I agree! My new doctor actually wants me to go on a candida diet even though I don't have candida. he feels the same way you do-it's all in the gut! I have started to eliminate stuff (sugars, dairy, gluten, still drinking orange juice but I will stop) from my diet and feel better every week. Even my recent exposure to mold in my washing machine did not make me as sick as I usually get (yes the washer is GONE!) Keep recommending this stuff! It's so simple but it's the key for many many people. > > I hate it when uninformed people give me advice on what will work for me, but here I go giving you advice. If you have not tried it, healing the gut is I think the most important clue to healing these long term CFS people. I went on the candida diet, very strict after a simple test showed I have overgrowth. Three Lac probiotic has helped immensely, and rotational killing, plus chia fiber. My latest blood work showed no nutritional deficiencies for the first time, despite having taken no vitamins in the last 6 weeks. The gut will not absorb many nutrients if it is damaged. The first 2 weeks were rough, but after that I started feeling better, with normal bathroom issues for the first time in a while. Going on 3rd month now. > Good luck >
