to my understanding most insurances will cover the damage done by the

water leak but wont cover mold. Reason being is mold is due to negligence. I

would imagine that every insurance and their policy' differ, the best thing to

do is call your insurance this way there's no question on your coverage

Perhaps if the amt of mold is reasonable for the amt of time you were gone,

would be covered, but might not matter. If they repair water damaged area, will

probably take care of the mold anyway.
