Guest guest
i dont think you need to get to 140 if you use an infrared.. and that makes them more tolerable. larry wilson has a light infrared that use infrared lights and is in the near microwave range.. near infrared not far infrared. i loved my light sauna and felt so good in it.. did not use it as regulaly as i should have.. google larry wilson sauna. i am debating heavenly heat (mcs friendly) and another light sauna. im hoping these are as beneficial as the sauna carl is talking about. i would never attempt what he did without a md there.. i dont think my body could tolerate it even if a md was there. need to read that post more thoroughly.. I felt great in my sauna.. loved it.. getting out was another story at times. had ot make sure to keep electrolytes up and drink saltly lemonade. " To work " means the stored substances are forced out of the lipid (body fat and cell walls) areas into the blood stream which means you will react to them all over again. Some will be excreted in urine and stools with most in the sweat. Much will be re-absorbed back into the body. > > >
