Back in the 90's when I was going through benzo w/d I had the same white patches

on my tongue and totally freaked. Thinking it was thrush I went to the Dr and he

said it was geographic tongue and said the exact cause was unknown and not to

worry about it, it would go away on its own and sure enough it did.

white patch with red spots on my tounge. Im a little concerned, does this

indicate a serious internal mould or bacteria growth?

I had geographic tongue back in the 90's, according to my Dr no exact cause was

known and it should go away on its own which it did.
