Guest guest
Carl, thanks for all this info, but since it is so individual, i am wondering what Dave has to lose by just trying to back off a bit and seeing if his symptoms lessen, if nothing else this could tell him that some of what he is going thru is " internal " vs. cross contamination, new mold exposures, etc. when we were at dr. rea's he wanted my son doing 20 - 30 minutes maximum in the sauna at 140 degrees minimum, with a short workout before, and he also had a whole supplement protocol, and bloodwork after every 5 sauna sessions to check things like minerals, etc. We are about to recreate this protocol at home, I think 1X per day is enuf, even if it takes longer, because even getting him to do that will be a fight (it's too hot, makes me itch, then I have to shower for ever afterwards to get my scalp to stop itching and i don't have the energy to do that....), and frankly even those short saunas will create detox... Probably will stretch the blood work out to every 2 weeks and we already have him on a supplement protocol, just supposed to add extra minerals on sauna days... Best, Sue >Sue, > >Good questions because the sauna treatment is illustrative and it needs >to be aggressive to work. " To work " means the stored substances are >forced out of the lipid (body fat and cell walls) areas into the blood >
