Programme-related AEFIs - WOW SO MANY THINGS TO GO WRONG!!!

These are adverse events that result from inappropriate practices in the

provision of vaccination. These may include:

& #9679; vaccines used beyond expiry date

& #9679; vaccines used at inappropriate intervals

& #9679; inappropriate route, site or technique of administration

& #9679; vaccine reconstituted with incorrect diluent

& #9679; wrong amount of diluent used
