Guest guest
Robin I used a netti pot after my first exposure. The Dr that suggested I use it said with my head tilted to put pressure on the outside of the nostril thats being drained with my finger and give it a little snort so the water from the netti pot gets up into my sinuses. He said that if I just pour it in one nostril the water will come out the other and not totally rinse the sinuses. When I did it the way he suggested I would blow my nose for a good half hour and water would keep draining out of my sinuses. I have to admit it's a pain to keep blowing your nose but its well worth it in the long run. I wonder if now that your out of your WDB if using a netti pot would be necessary? If you have any fungus growing in your sinuses would the solution from the netti pot really help to eradicate it? It would be interesting to hear what some of the others members thoughts are. > > Thanks, Tug. I will. I was wondering about using a neti pot to since out sinuses if I get hit again. Does that sound like a good idea? > > I feel like we are on the same journey here! > > Robin
