Carl and others,

There has been a slow leak in the master bathroom sink area. This probably

started when the water was first used in that sink (hopefully) about a week ago.

The water is dripping from the the cut off valve and its a slow drip and it

seems eventually enough gathered that it started creeping along the side of the

cabinet down to the front them spilled over to the floor. There was a puddle on

the floor about the 4 inches in diameter.

I hope this has only been going on since last week and that the using of water

looesnin up the valve so it leaked. I dont know how long the water has been on

in the house.

I dont know what to do. My symptoms started getting worse the last few days..

and I dont know if its because I went into my neighbors house that smelled like

mold or musty when I first entered or if its this leak.

If only a week, can stachy or any other toxic mold grow.. it would be if the

water permeated underneath and through the floor board os the sink and it is

moist under there. There is really no way to tell that I know of.

Do we take the sink cabinet out ourselves or do we need to call a remediator who

will seal off the area andnuse scrubbers?

Robin
