The personal attack by Mr Deer on

the reputation of Dr Wakefield amounts to more than just

journalism to arrive at a « scoop ».

The material for the attack is a now

withdrawn paper which was published in the Lancet in 1998.

But the paper was the JOINT work of

more than a DOZEN doctors at the Royal Free Hospital.

As an important member of the team and

a spokesperson for the findings there are reasons for attacking one

person rather than the reputation of an important hospital. And to

attack one person of the « GANG » in any event makes the

PREY less able to DEFEND itself.

Everybody LOVES to strike out at a

DOWNED person. Just browse through the Net to find all the

« HYENAS ».

The level of attack quickly rose to

that of legal processes which went badly for Dr Wakefield. In

British Law, to follow through a claim for harm does not favour the

person bringing the action. Britain quite rightly values free speech

and individual choices. The chance of getting justice for statements

made by a journalist in good faith would be ZERO. Dr Wakefield

showed a not surprising lack of legal knowledge when he rashly tried

to get Mr Deer censured for his rudeness. Rudeness is not an

actionable matter in English Law. And clearly Mr Deer is to many

people an irritating person indeed. There are too many CLASSIC cases

where justice was awarded to the person attacked. I award damages of

ONE PENNY. Not a lot to get back from an outlay a MILLION times

higher.

The antics of a doctor and that of a

journalist taunting the good doctor to make a penny or two for his

bread and butter always amused me. Today I get very angry about the

tenaciousness, dirtiness and the cost to this honest doctor inflicted

by a very UNREASONABLE being.

I remember early on, reading the

begging pleas of Mr Deer for « dirt » on . When I

asked him, it turned out he was not interested in anything remotely

positive. My personal view from communication with or not with Mr

Deer is that it was and always has been a very personal VENDETTA.

Is this a second WATERGATE or a

FIELDGATE? For me it is just a petty, vicious and extremely tenacious

attack on one person to the oblivion of a dozen others who must as

adults and doctors also take the blame for their failings. I find it

incredible how Mr Deer can see the harm of and the INNOCENCE

of the other dozen docotrs involved.

The single attacks on do amount

not to some medical equivalent of demasking a presidential doctor but

a single minded taking down of a young doctor and ruining his

possible brilliant career.

Junior doctors involved with this paper

are now PROFESSORS. The personal and FINANCIAL damage to is

enormous and as at March 2012 very much ONGOING.

Mr Deer shows no signs of letting up on

personal attacks on until stopped in a court of law.

To date he has spent 7 years on his

mission and any sense of scoop journalism has now descended to a

bloody coup to further destroy the already tarnished reputation of

. Tarnished largely by the unreasonable antics of Mr Deer.

Completely ILLOGICAL even if every part

of that paper was LIES, FRAUD, OMISSIONS and WRITTEN to DESTROY the

VACCINE MAFIA. Vaccine companies themselves getting into exactly

these areas with IMPUNITY.

It is not part of this observation to

look at honesty, accuracy or the joint responsibility of others or

.

The attacks by Mr Deer transcend that

of journalism, transcend that of scoop journalism, they are at the

level of personal, damaging harm to the career of a doctor not

prepared to cow down before the authority of government protecting a

vaccine industry mostly benign but known to possibly cause the deaths

to children every year and leaving many more injured permanently or

semi-permanently for LIFE.

I do share many concerns of Mr Deer for

this paper and EVERY published medical paper.

What I do not share is the PERSONAL,

ABUSIVE, ONE-SIDED attacks that have cost his living and

reduced the quality of his life and the respect he deserves from his

INTEGRITY and DETERMINATION and his BEARING to a loathsome CREATURE.
