Guest guest
I hate it when uninformed people give me advice on what will work for me, but here I go giving you advice. If you have not tried it, healing the gut is I think the most important clue to healing these long term CFS people. I went on the candida diet, very strict after a simple test showed I have overgrowth. Three Lac probiotic has helped immensely, and rotational killing, plus chia fiber. My latest blood work showed no nutritional deficiencies for the first time, despite having taken no vitamins in the last 6 weeks. The gut will not absorb many nutrients if it is damaged. The first 2 weeks were rough, but after that I started feeling better, with normal bathroom issues for the first time in a while. Going on 3rd month now. Good luck > > my son's doctor had recommended that he try LDA, but he is on meds that > must be avoided during LDA so we went a different route... > > my observation in talking to many environmentally damaged people is that > you can't predict which therapy(ies) will help the most,
