Guest guest
I've been feeling pretty good lately there's even been days when I feel perfectly normal then this afternoon I was slammed with the same symptoms that I experienced when I abandoned my sick condo (brain fog, loss of balance). Because I was feeling so good I decided to cut sporanox dose in half but I just started that yesterday, is it possible thats why I started feeling worst or have I somehow been re-exposed? Guest guest
Yeah that is a good question. Some days i feel so good and blessed to be healthy again, then some days i feel that same brain fog and weakness again and my speech gets all messed up. I just started doing ozone steam sauna and it seems like its helping alot. Im thinking (ofcourse im not a doctor) that some of the toxic spores get stuck in some parts of our bodies that medicine cant readily address. For instance i heard of this one child (cant remeber the diagnosis name) that had toxins stored in all the nerve endings in his body causing a host of health issues. I would suggest doing your research on toxic ridding modalities, i.e. steam saunas etc etc. as a complimentary to your Doctors recommendations. Guest guest
Tug, it get's better, may take awhile. with practiceing avoidance your symptoms well mellow out a little, than you start reconizeing a chemical hit when you get one and you have to play detective and figure it out and try to avoid it. wash your sinuses, take a shower, whatever helps. lot's of people try lots of things, but advoidance is key to giveing your body a chance at healing from what it's been put through. it may take awhile. you are going to get slammed with re-exposures everytime you try to venture out. after awhile you start learning when and where you can push yourself a little to do something normal again and you will also realize that theres no sure fired medthod to know and avoid all cercumstances, but you'll be suprized at what things you come up with to work around it. I know it's hard right now, your so reactive and it seems everytime you turn around your gettting zapped. your life well change in that you will seek out the good zones and avoid the bad ones AMAP. as much as possable. > > > > Yeah that is a good question. Guest guest
the amount of damage you recieved to your airways,lungs,nasal/sinuses/brain, even stomach, bowels, well play a role in what all bothers you beyond the chemical reactions, as far as irritants/particles,dog dander, pollen, dust, FILTH. you have to cut out as many toxns out of your life as possable, filtered water, clean air, fresh food, and a fresh, clean space to live. maybe the best way is to start with the bare needs in a dry, clean,no carpet place with clean ac/heat. nothing new and offgassing, nothing old and or moldy, all purfume free, chemical free products, and a greens and white meat diet. no smelly visitors, ect. theres quite a few chemicals that most " MCS'ERS " will all react to. it's sometimes not so much what, but whats in what that you react to. there could or couldnot be a chemical of some sort in a gust of dust that passes by and throws you for a lope. so you never really know. Dr. Gray has a questionaire that lists alot of things. I was thinking about that because had I needed to do that questinaire right after my exposure I probably would of just looked at it with a big " DUH " on my face, and in my head. there were still many on there that I wasn't sure about but I'd say if it a chemical I probaly react to it. dose would matter and some toxins are stronger/more toxic than others. really it just takes each person in their own time to start reconizeing what effects them beyond what most would agree on,the fairley well known ones. and some you well never know. > > I know it's hard right now, your so reactive and it seems everytime you turn around your gettting zapped. > > your life well change in that you will seek out the good zones and > > avoid the bad ones AMAP. as much as possable. >
