If a house has a hot-tub or pool find out where it drains. My house has an

outdoor hottub. I knew the pipe was cracked & didn't care to use it anyway. What

I didn't know is that the drain hose was not attached to anything. It just

emptied on the ground uphill from the bedroom & probably did so when the pipe

cracked too.
