Guest guest
Tug, are you able to address fungus in your body and toxins? Im understanding that for some, once they get in a less " inflammatory " environment, they can begin to address the fungal infection and the toxins. I think the Shoemaker tests are helpful for judgeing this, Still learning. Ive heard from several people.. going to diff degrees of avoidance... some defintely cross contaminating their new environment.. who are doing well. One I know has the " dreaded " multisuseptable gene and was exposed to stachy who " got rid of most everything " and another who was very ill who brought things in like some clothes, TV.. but realized had to get rid of them.. house was cross contaminated. Both used antifungals and CSM. One used a rife machine. Both used infraded sauna.. one 20 minutes a day. One drank a gallon of ionic water a day.. the other worked also on his overall pathogen load, KPU, metals. I think both address methyation in some way. Im taking hope in both of them.. neither seemed to do this perfectly. I know one has my HLA type (which shoemaker has little hope for) and both say they are at 90%. I know mold avoidance is still key for one of them. Im running the shoemaker tests and seeing where my markers lie and when I am settled in will figure out a protocol to address this mess. As long as the toxins are in the body and or the residue from infmalltory immune reactions I think mold will be a problem. I think it doesnt have to stay that way from what I am hearing but it takes time or lessens with time. I think its important to have binders of some sort working in the gut no matter. The toxins run in the lipid route through the bile which dumps into the intestines. I try to keep chlorella in my system. and my gut has been a wreck since I cleaned out the laundry room.. I am not sure the chlorella will take out the toxins but there are other natural binders that have an affinity for them.. I think... beta sisterol, welchol, clay.. could be wrong but they are going to grab some things and at least take the load off the intestines. Pectins and non soluable fibers.. charcoal even.. takes some nasties out. I also wonder how disrupted the gut gets from the toxins (parasites, for example).. one thing out of balance feeding another.. tangent.. sorry. Are you able to do any of these things? Found anything helpful other than avoidance? Of course I am not well, but I know a few people who are and I try to follow what they do and have done who have been doomed. Ive been turned away by a wel known local lyme dic as one of the 25% who does not get well and told the doc has bearly enough time to spend on the folks who are in the 75%. Its been brutal listening to the predictions and then taking on the horror stories.. Im not ready to do that because if I do, I will for sure die. Ive been close enough to that point to know not yet. And I have enough examples of :people like me: who are doing well that I am going t focus on them rather than on my situation today. Robin > > > I pretty much have the same reaction when Im exposed to mold. When I first moved to the hotel I refused to use their washer and dryer. I took all my things to the laundry mat. It was during the winter months and because I didnt have a heavy jacket and i had to make sure everything got washed i'd have to take off the red hoody I used to keep me warm and wash it, I remember being so cold that I had to lean up against a dryer to stay warm. > > Anyway, at the time I used regular tide, microban and borax to wash my clothes and my g/f's clothes. My clothes were new so it wasnt much
