Not sure if these babies will go on to have growth and developmental problems.

Sad as it seems they could become addicts sometime in their live down the road,

and PSD from being born this way! Is this the next big developmental disability

in this country?

Watching this is sickening and so sad, I could barely stand it. But glad its

being brought to

the publics attention.
