Guest guest
You know, it was 10 years ago that I hired the candida expert, and I have been wondering myself how long to keep it up. Then there is at what point to do the anti-parasite protocol, which some people put in the first week of the candida protocol, and some people put after you stop the rotational killing. Also, I think it is important to do the biofilm lysing protocol, which is I think is for 2 or 3 months. So I will be addressing the gut recovery program for at least 3 more months.I dont think I am going to up my dosage more than 6 pills or cloves of garlic at once. 18 cloves of garlic a day is the anti-viral dosage, and I am hoping this will help lower my EVB, which has been high for the last couple of years. The Three Lac probiotic I will stay on at a maintenance dose of one pack a day. Right now I am taking the theraputic dose of 2 pacs a day. I will forever stay away from wheat and most grains, and milk except for special occassions, but have been doing that for years also. I think it has been at least 20years of damaging the gut, so six months to heal it does not seem extreme. I I really hope to get a lot more health out of it. > > , I'm really interested in this candida rotation. How long do you keep up the rotation? Is there a dose where you stop, ie, 3 or 4 pills at a time, since I'm assuming you can't just keep upping the dose forever? Last but not least, is there a maintenance regimen of probiotics or yeast killers that you switch to after a certain point? > > Glad to hear you've seen a difference with this. I think gut is key for my family too. > > Amy >
