i think the questran is csm, right? we are now at dr. rea's clinic in

dallas trying sauna therapy for detox instead of the csm which he

doesn't seem to be a big fan of, his nutritionist told us that if your

digestion is bad and you don't produce enuf bile, then the csm doesn't

work very well. anyway, i don't know what the best treatment is for you

and maybe you just need more time on the csm, or maybe you want to

explore other possible helpful treatments...

sue

..so I was disappointed that my score had

Yes, Questran = csm. Thanks for the info! My concern with sauna therapy has been

that, in most cases, saunas are likely to have molds, chemicals, etc. I know

that won't be the case at the specific sauna in Dallas, but if I were to try to

implement that protocol here, I don't know of a " clean " sauna....just the saunas

at the health clubs & rec centers.

Could you clarify-- are you saying your scores did improve?

That is good to know that Dr. Rea is not a " big fan of csm. " When I read an

article recently by him about mycotoxins, it stated that csm was part of his

protocal and it was never mentioned to me while I was under his care. This

explains why. How is your son tolerating the sauna Sue? Diane

I just went to Dr.Lieberman & have been looking into a sauna at a club, etc. in

my area to detox. Dr. L's gal said to look for a " dry heat " sauna....not steam

or moist heat & ask how they clean them. I found one that said they use only

mild soap & water to clean them as using bleach, etc. would damage the wood. I

did get a script from Dr. L for CSM, altho he says most patient's don't tolerate

it at all as it is so constipating. I wanted to give it a try anyway but will

also do his sauna protocol. Hope that helps.

Peggy:)

Thanks for the input, Peggy! I think CSM is generally constipating, but I've had

very severe diarrhea with my toxicity symptoms so I'm actually happy about this

effect of CSM.
