Guest guest
So sorry to here of your loss.... Know that everything happens for a reason and know that she's in a better place. You may not understand the reason/s why, now, but in time you will... perhaps she needed to become an angel to help other's? My condolences go out to you and your family, ~Dana > > Hi All, > > I do not know if some remember I posted we had been offered to go live on an > organic farm but we needed something to stay in. Guest guest
Mayleen, I've waited to respond hoping some sort of comprehension or insight would come to me. But it hasn't. The best I can do is repeat your own words: " I cannot even begin to imagine this, I cannot fit this in my mind, I cannot understand how this tragedy could be... " My heart and healing thoughts go out to you and your family. Carl Grimes Healthy Habitats LLC ----- Hi All, I do not know if some remember I posted we had been offered to go live on an organic farm but we needed something to stay in. This person was my other half's aunt. The trees around her home hab been trimmed andall the woodwas placed in a pile and burned. They waited until it had burned down to theembers. In thinking they were not safe enough to leave, one person was left to watch the rest of the embers until they were out. Unfortunately he left some remaining embers still burining. Our Aunt walked outside to the pile of embers and fell into the burning embers (she was 88) and unable to stand back up. She used the medical alert, how ever they did not get there until an hour later. She was burned in burning embers for an hour when rescue arrived , was still alive and taken to the hospital where the day before yesterday she was taken off life support by her daughter. I cannot even begin to imagine this, I cannot fit this in my mind, I cannot understand how this tragedy could be.........................She will bedeeply missed..................................... Guest guest
Thank you Carl, I have a hard time even putting words to this tragedy. It is my understanding the pile was about 20 ft wide, long  Video of the area with fire trucks, it shows the burning embers, another reason why we should not burn at home.  http://www.kens5.com/news/local/Elderly-woman-falls-into-fire-takes-airlift-to\ -BAMC-100690074.html  God Bless !! dragonflymcs Mayleen ________________________________ From: Carl E.
