Sorry to hear of your recent trauma with your husband. No. You are not

doing anything wrong when you speak out of the politics of this sadness. It

is your right as a US citizen. And it is important that this deceit be

shut down....not your words.

I think people need to be asking some SERIOUS questions about ACHEMMIC.

For instance, there is a new BOD. Who is on it? Did you, as a member

have the opportunity to vote for these anonymous people that are now using

your name as a body count to lend credibility to THEIR words?

Within the new Code of Conduct is a statement, " The ACHEMMIC Membership

Committee reserves the right to refuse membership to or terminate the

membership of any person by a majority vote of the ACHEMMIC Membership

Committee,

in its sole discretion, whether or not that action is specifically covered

by the ACHEMMIC Code of Conduct. "

Are you comfortable with the idea that some undisclosed party is now your

" leadership " and can kick you out of this org for any reason they choose -

whether you violated any code or not? Does that make you fearful to speak

out because you might do something wrong that is found displeasurable by

the undisclosed leadership?

Do your words count? ACHEMMIC was specifically formed to combat lack of

transparency in this issue by the EPA. I know. I helped start it. And I

regret the day I did, and encouraged many of you to do the same.

I think KC would tell you the same thing, as will a few others who have

witnessed the inner workers - where decisions that impact the lives of many

are made in an undemocratic and undisclosed manner.

The following was censored by the " leadership " of ACHEMMIC with no support

from the Exec Comm for the censorship - but the Exec Comm members refusing

to demand answers. No explanation of who made the decision to try and

stymie this below info - that has been greatly beneficial in CA to help expose

the UC's involvement with the US Chamber, ACOEM and systemic workers' comp

insurer fraud.

We put this back up on the Net, after it was ordered taken down by " the

leadership " ...whoever that is.

I have now come to view this organization as hazardous to the greater good

and further stifling and controlling while adding to the ability of the

deceit to flourish.

If you are a member of ACHEMMIC, you need to be asking some SERIOUS

questions of HOW your name is being used to promote WHAT.

You have done nothing wrong, . But the fact that you would even need

to ask that question should send some alarms off in your head and that of

many others.

KC, I and a few others have been advocates in this issue for a long time.

WHO did you give your blind endorsement to, over this issue that WE are

not willing to do.
