Guest guest Posted June 4, 2012 Report Share Posted June 4, 2012 Just curious about this. Just starting it, so how much flour do you get from say, 2 cups or 4 cups of sprouts? I'm sprouting a full mason jar now, will probably dehydrate tomorrow but probably the next day, then will see how much flour I get. Excited to try this Suggestions?
