I have a Sears HE front loader and have never had a problem. I always leave

the door open after a wash which sits right next to the dehumidifier. I do

run it about every 6 months with a products recommended by Sears called

Washer Magic to clean it and never had any problems with it. On the back it

says it contains Citric Acid. I've also heard you can use vinegar which

would probably be good.
