I'd be interested in hearing more about the situation, were carpets soaked, how bad was the flooding situation,ect. even how bad the smell got in that short time. of corse this was a new growth situation vs. a situation that had been growing for many years so that to me would make a big difference too. plus to me, haveing family members with prior illnesses made them more suseptable to damage. but I also agree with Dr. Thrasher that the bacterial is a big consern here.
