KT.........quality question......to soon to sour..

Well I got more jars and scobys than I probably need for now.

The KT has taken over my life.

I had to quit my job,leave my wife, put the kids up for adoption,sell the dog,

in order to take care of the scoby's.

Just kidding...... but I can see how this can become an addiction. Especially

for obsessive / compulsive people like myself.

The KT is now making to quickly 5 to 6 days and the tea is turning sour to

quickly also.

What does that mean.....I have been using 1 gallon jar , 1 cup sugar, 4-6 bags

green and black mixed, 1 cup starter.

Also temperature is approx 77-80
