Guest guest
Barb, What the new members need to understand is that no only is a WDB a complex environment, so is the issue. What they should realize that there has been a major disagreement of how a particular situation has been handled. But, if you notice, NO ONE is saying anyone is incorrect on their understanding of the science, and NO ONE is saying anyone is incorrect of their understanding of the deceit that stifles understanding of the science. There has been a major point of contention discussed on this board the last day or so. But the truth of the science and the truth of the deceit of the US Chamber et al, remains the same. For all you new people who are sick and just looking for answers, I am sorry you had to see this as an intro to this group. It is not typical. Sickbuildings is a nurturing cite where people can find and share information to help them get thru this nightmare of an issue. As far as I know, the discussion of ACHEMMIC is over. I THINK a viable solution has been reached. Sharon In a message dated 8/19/2010 12:43:19 P.M. I think it would be a good idea for people who are members of ACHEMMIC to have a forum for their members, which includes me, so members can talk about issues that concern them instead of just 'receiving' information from ACHEMMIC and not an effective means of communication amoung members. Anyway, lets please stop discussing this and focus on the new members who are new victims of WDB. Remember how bad it was when we first became victims of this. Guest guest
Thats good news Sharon. and yes this is a very good support group and usually runs pretty smooth. I hope that continues regardless of everything else. > > Barb, > > What the new members need to understand is that no only is a WDB a complex > environment, so is the issue. Guest guest
I feel like my brain has snapped off the brain stem and floated away. What does WDB stand for? I feel like I should know this. > > There are a number of new members to this group which are stressed out over their new experience of being victims of WDB that need our help, so as far as I'm concerned we should focus on helping these people now. Indoor air q people say that mold is not the only problem with water damaged building but also bacteria and their toxins and plain old filth, so trying to use WDB/water damaged building, rather than mold. > > I feel like my brain has snapped off the brain stem and floated away. Guest guest
Guess we have been on facebook too much Jackie, funny. I posted on facebook about the press release, etc. but I guess we have so many friends we never see everything, but there is good info flowing everywhere regarding water damaged buildings, and the chemical issue. So sad that we have had to do this all these years. Guess I should have had a different illness and I could have been resting by now. My sister has had breast cancer this year and she is at peace and recovering. > > I have been away too long!
