Guest guest Posted January 8, 2011 Report Share Posted January 8, 2011 It's a good question Barb, I know that fungus can grow on grains which therefore contain mycotoxins, I'm not too sure why we gluten in particcular would be a problem. Grains in general are probably best avoided due to the possible fungus contamination?
