Lourdes Salvador and MCS America ultimate goal is unknown to anyone

As our group members know, I have been previously involved with the legality of

Lourdes Salvador and MCS America. Lourdes previously even refused to show to

me, as the list owner, along with many others, professional and non-

professionals, proof that she was who she claimed to be.

The following information was discussed and by Lourdes' failure to work with

myself as list owner to prove her identity I removed and banned her from

Sickbuildings several years ago.

Lourdes ultimate goal is unknown to anyone and I highly recommend that anyone

who is communicating with her to exercise caution, as the impression is that

Lourdes is associated with industry.

Angel MCS and her people are presenting issues that I think everyone needs to

take with serious consideration.

I back Angel on trying to unravel the mysterious Lourdes Salvador and her secret

agenda along with who is behind this image on the Internet.

I implore those who are thinking that she is helping them to realize that it is

not for their own benefit.

The federal government requested that Sal produce verification that MCS America

is a valid organization. They gave her a full week to comply and as usual she

stuck her head in the sand and ignored the request.

Therefore, the United States Federal Government determined that they were not

going to allow a fake/false/non-verifiable 'organization on their site.

Her statement that the removal of MCS America will be harmful to the community

is laughable. The community is being represented by a legitimate organization

that has state and federal agencies trying to get chemicals out of our

environment working with them. Sal has a hard time accepting defeat at any

level.

Since Sal is as usual claiming that 'falsehoods' are being stated against her,

we have a process here in the US called a court of law. All she has to do is

'attempt' to figure out how a ghost and a non-existent organization can have

damages. Which she cannot and even if she attempted to file she would lose

immediately under a summary judgement. But since that is a quick fix to stop

litigation, the discovery phase would be more interesting as she would have to

provide identification prior to being sworn in for a depo and Requests for

Production of Documents would be even more interesting, Just how will she be

able to doctor up the records at the Secretary of State's office? How is she

going to get a vehicle registration for the 'van' that she claims to be living

in for the past few years in her name? Can't doctor up vehicle records at the

Department of Motor Vehicles same with a drivers license in her name. The

fictious police report she filed when she feigned that someone was chasing her

out of a parking lot that had her asking for approximately $2-3,000 for said

repairs will be impossible to fake, as everything is both dated and incident

numbers are sequential.

Ah, but the witnesses for the defense will show that she used their names under

false pretenses, along with having the possibly of filing for damages to their

reputation. Would be a very interesting litigation to say the least.

How is she going to refute her own newsletter that she claimed to be a

non-profit under a 501c3 tax code that never existed?

So since Sal is claiming this has been going on for such an extended period of

time, why doesn't she stand up for herself? What 'real' executive would allow

statements such as the one she is alledging are falsehoods, to go forward

without taking any and all means to protect themselves?Another question to ask,

is why she refuses to confront the parties who are making these allegations

rather than just playing ostrich in the sand? Or publishing on her 'blog'. As

you will notice she will not use my or the organizations name because we will

have cause to sue her as all our statement are true and factual. As she knows I

will personally handle the deposition of her both as an individual' and

'founder/president' of MCS America.

If the 'mission' of the group is what she claims, why can't she write directly

to her elected officials in Hawaii, rather than having others doing it? Why

won't any state or federal agency work with MCS America if they are so

'wonderful and legal'? Why can't she obtain any grants? Just who is the money

from Cafe Press going to? Sal knows full well that she can't stand up to prove

her 'innocence' that's why she will not and can not take on those who make

truthful statements against her.

I stand on the following " Sal and MCS America is both a false and fake

person/entity and until said time that there is proof to the contrary, it will

be disbursed as warranted.

What Sal conveniently eliminated that the actual email from the feds was posted

confirming her refusal to comply. Along with the contact information for the

federal employee who requested said information.

The removal was her own doing, she has no one to blame but herself, but she did

attempt to divert that factual piece in her blog.
